Celtics Game:
Members of our boys & girls basketball teams enjoyed a recent Celtics game- thank you coaches Kelly, Griffin, Larochelle & Cornaglia for organizing the event!

Code Day Assemblies:
This week we had grade level assemblies to review our popular "Code", celebrate our Middle of the Year Benchmark improvements, review the importance of our upcoming MCAS assessment.  The assemblies concluded with raffles for all students who received a "Code" card for doing the right thing at Normandin.  Prizes included a Kindle, a Patriots jacket, movie tickets and backpacks.  Thank you to Mr. Drew and Mr. Farrell for their kind donations and to Ms. Garcia for volunteering to present the "Code" presentation to all 3 grades.  Thank you to Mr. Chambers for help setting up, along with our awesome custodians!  Ms. Aungst did a great job organizing and running the raffle.  We are extremely proud of how our students behaved during the event.

Rubic Cube Magic!

Austin Lopes, a 6th grader in home room 176, completed a 3x3 rubix cube in 1 minute and 19 seconds.  Austin uses critical thinking and his knowledge of rubix cube patterns to complete the cube.  He stated that he has a best time of 1 minute and 2 seconds. He is looking forward to mastering the 4x4 cube soon!

Spirit Week!

Our National Jr. Honor Society members organized an extremely fun and creative spirit week.  Each day signified a unique celebration, including Twin Day, Pajama Day, Nerd Day, 80's Day and School Spirit Day.
