LET'S MEET SOME OF THE TERRIFIC PEOPLE THAT MAKE NORMANDIN MS A 'GREAT' PLACE TO LEARN
Mr. Slawson - Grade 7 Social Studies
1.) I have 2 dogs and a cat. Zach the Collie mix, Kingston the Cairn terrier (named after my home town of Kingston, MA), and Sylvester the cat.
2.) I have participated in archaeological excavations all over New England and even spent 6 weeks doing a dig in Iceland.
3.) Even though I teach social studies, I love science. I have a special passion for space science and astronomy in particular.
4.) Before teaching I worked as an environmental scientist and wore hazmat suits and supplied oxygen on an almost daily basis.
5.) Winter is my favorite time of year. The colder the better!
